The Dream Academy is a program for 1st - 5th graders attending North Harlem and Euchee Creek Elementary. This is a free program for students who apply and meet financial eligibility requirements. The Dream Academy provides tutoring, math, reading, science instruction, homework help, nutrition, physical education, computer training, health, life skills and arts & crafts.

There are 50 slots available each school year. The Dream Academy also meets each summer for the month of June. Summer camp meets daily, Monday through Friday, from 9am - 4pm.

Betty Kelley, a retired 2nd-grade teacher from North Harlem Elementary, is the director.
