For 22 years, Columbia County Community Connections has been providing afterschool programs and opportunities for youth to become engaged, productive citizens of Columbia County.

CCCC envisions a Georgia where:

• Children are healthy.
• Children are primed for school.
• Children are succeeding in school.
• Families are stable, self-sufficient, & productive.
• Communities are robust and thriving.

With the help of our partners, here is what we’ve been able to accomplish…

  • Raised the graduation rate at Harlem High School from 70% to 84%.

  • Reduced the incarceration rate of youth in Columbia County by 67%.

  • Provided 30,000 bags of food to 600 children across 29 schools in 2023.

  • Presented $15,000 to local teens for the Ryan Clark Scholarship.

  • Leveraged $45,000 per year into $750,000 for programs and services.

  • Connected 250 youth with local businesses for summer employment through Camp Swe4t.
