Columbia County is participating in the statewide Alcohol and Substance Misuse Prevention Project, sponsored by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. The ASAPP Project is a statewide initiative aimed at preventing alcohol misuse and abuse and promoting healthy lifestyles and choices among Georgia’s youth. Please help to avoid underage drinking.
