Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Project

Columbia County is participating in the statewide Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Project, sponsored by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. The ASAPP Project is a statewide initiative aimed at preventing alcohol misuse and abuse and promoting healthy lifestyles and choices among Georgia’s youth.  Please help to avoid underage drinking – Sign the SAFE HOMES pledge not to allow underage drinking in your home.
